Step back in time for "An Evening with Henry Beston," featuring a captivating portrayal by John Dennis Anderson! Experience what life was like observing the wild beauty of Eastham's outer beach 100 years ago, inspired by the naturalist author of the classic book, "The Outermost House."

The Historical Society of Old Yarmouth invites visitors to step back in time with a guided tour of the Bangs Hallet House, with seasonal tours running through October 10th.

As a centerpiece of Yarmouth's history and a listed site on the National Register of Historic Places, this stately 1840 sea captain's home offers an intimate glimpse into the Victorian era. Guests can also explore the new 2026 special exhibition, "Yarmouth in Revolution," marking the 250th anniversary of the American Revolution.
