You still have some time to make it to a Concord for this week’s events. You may just find a new car. Stop for a visit at the museum and the dealership.

We heard yesterday was National Dog Day, so we thought it was the perfect time to introduce, or reintroduce our “Museum Mutt,” Axel! 🐕

Axel can often be found standing guard at the office door, where many of our visitors have been greeted by his very official guard dog bark!

Some of you have gotten to meet him in the parking lot, and others may have caught him visiting in the gift shop. Unfortunately, Axel isn’t allowed to tour the museum with you. We love our four-legged friends, but we want to keep the museum dog-free for everyone’s enjoyment.

However, the next time you visit, feel free to ask if you can meet Axel! If he has clocked in for work, he’ll be happy to come visit with you. 🐾

Don’t miss the last photo to see just how exhausting a day of guarding the museum can be. Sometimes even the hardest-working employees need a break! 😴😂

Are we in Radiator Springs? No, just Concord, NC at Morrison Motor Car Museum & Gift Shop. We have a feeling ol’ Doc in the back will have trouble keeping up with these.
