We loved having Brock and his parents from Asheville, NC at the Cincinnati Fire Museum this weekend!

Brock loved getting dressed up in Turnout Firefighter Gear and sliding down our Fire Pole!

A giant thank you to everyone who stopped by the Cincinnati Fire Museum during BLINK, and especially to artist Brent Keltch, who kept our historic firehouse lit!

We met so many wonderful people, made some terrific new friends (especially our neighbors!), and loved welcoming so many visitors through our doors.

We hope you’ll come back soon to explore everything our museum has to offer and discover why the history we preserve and the work we do are so important!

What a Great First Night at BLINK at the Cincinnati Fire Museum!

In addition to the many hundreds who stopped by last night, We were thrilled to welcome 3 special surprise guests!

Imagine our surprise when Win Ahrens wandered into our Museum, full of his family namesake Ahrens and Ahrens Fox 18th century Horse Drawn Steam Pumper and two early Fire Trucks!

His family came over from Germany and as Cincinnati was the First Paid Fire Department in the USA, Cincinnati was the home of Fire Fighting Innovation!

What a Great First Night at BLINK at the Cincinnati Fire Museum!

We were thrilled to welcome 3 special surprise guests!

The Fellerhoff Sisters wandered into the Fire Museum last night, for the first time ever, and shared that their Great Grandfather Henry Bunker was an early Cincinnati Fire Chief.

Imagine their surprise when we brought Becky and Libby into the Fire Museum and showed them our photo of their Great Grandfather on display from 1912-1916!
