Having all the feels with this one - read a book today in her honor.

The Libby app team is saddened to hear of the passing of Dolly Parton.

Dolly was a beloved artist and cultural icon, but perhaps just as importantly, she was a lifelong champion of literacy and the belief that everyone deserves access to books. Through the Dolly Parton's Imagination Library, she helped put books into the hands of children in communities across the globe and inspired generations of young readers to discover the joy of reading.

Today, we’re taking a quiet moment to read in Dolly’s memory and to celebrate the incredible legacy she leaves behind.

Thank you to our friends at the Utica Zoo for coming out last Thursday for our final Summer Reading Program event, the Utica ZooMobile! We all enjoyed meeting Rosie the tarantula, Crocker the turtle, Creamsicle the snake, and Vanny the porcupine!
