Join us for a night of fun, nostalgia, and community—Time Traveling Blues, an Ivy+ Halloween Gala.

This year’s gala holds a little extra magic: it’s the first (and probably only!) Halloween Gala. We can’t think of a better excuse to gather with fellow Ivy+ alumni for an evening to remember.

🔞 21+ event · Costume optional · Festive spirit expected · +1s welcome (guests need additional ticket)

Here’s what’s in store: an open dance floor with DJ Rakh, hors d’oeuvres, and a full bar. And when the dance floor winds down, the fun doesn’t have to end—Encore’s casino floor, bars, and lounges stay open.

🎟️ Tickets are limited. Regular tickets are $62.50 through October 2; late-season tickets are $75 through October 29, or until sold out.

Writer and performer Adam Strauss (’97) brings his acclaimed solo show The Mushroom Cure to Boston on September 26 for a special one-night performance that will be filmed for a feature executive produced by Michael Pollan. Brown alum Jay Carnevale '20 is Co-Chairing a summer BBQ event on September 16th, 2026 at 5:45pm for the Cathleen Stone Island Outward Bound School. This is a fundraiser for the school that spreads awareness about the schools mission and supports Boston Public Schools 7th, 8th, and 9th grade students with opportunities to get out on the Cathleen Stone Island in the Boston Harbor for social and emotional learning opportunities. They provide opportunities for students to get outside of the classroom and their comfort zone and experience nature close to home. This is a great event for young professionals looking to network, enjoy the experience with a significant other, or make some new friends.
