Essig Museum of Entomology The Essig Museum of Entomology is a world-class terrestrial arthropod collection with a historical focus on surveying the insect fauna of California.

Today that focus has broadened to include the eastern Pacific Rim and the islands of the Pacific Basin.

Join us this Friday (4/24) at 10 am (Pacific Time) for Essig Brunch. We are excited to have Gene Hall, a researcher and the manager at University of Arizona’s Insect Collection, give a virtual talk titled “Featherwing Beetles: A Stroll through Ptiliid Ptown.” Please join us for bagels and coffee!
