Our team is almost ready for the 2026-2027 school year at KiDiMu! We having been busy moving into our new address at 502 Cave Avenue and cannot wait to welcome you and our little learners!

Serving families in our community with kids ages 2 1/2 to 6 years old, we offer the only full day, full year preschool on the island (6:30AM to 6:30PM). Our play-focused program encourages hands-on exploration, curiosity, questioning, and discovery in an engaged and adventurous learning environment. Come see what we are all about!

Friday, June 15th is the last day to register and also get a free membership at Kidimu and 10% off monthly tuition!

KiDiMu 2026 Summer Camps are right around the corner! Don’t miss out on the fun! ✌🏻

Camp for ages 3-12 and they must be potty trained.
Camps will run from 9am-3pm at the museum.

KiDiMu offers opportunities for mixed-age groups including PreK–2nd and 3rd–6th (ages 3–12). These groupings allow older children to grow as leaders, helpers, and role models, while still enjoying dedicated time and activities with peers their own age. Younger campers benefit from learning alongside older friends, creating a supportive environment that feels like one big family—where everyone belongs, learns, and grows together.

THIS FRIDAY on June 5th during First Friday Art Walk from 5–8 PM, KiDiMu welcomes talented young artists (ages 18–25) who share their trades and creative skills with visiting families. Children can explore hands-on crafts and artistic experiences such as:

Origami
Dot art
Painting
Ceramics
And other creative projects

This is a special opportunity for kids to create alongside emerging artists while supporting local talent and the arts in our community.

Drop-Off Option (5:00 PM – 8:00 PM)

Parents can register children for a supervised drop-off Art Walk experience.

Pricing:

$45 per child
$5 sibling discount
10% off for Museum Members
$10 per child for All Access Members
Advance registration is required for the drop-off program.

Do you know about Pay-What-You-Wish Fridays?

During Art Walk evenings, pay-what-you-wish donations are warmly accepted. Your generosity helps us update and enhance exhibits, develop new programs, and ensure KiDiMu remains a welcoming place where every child can learn, grow, and belong.

Regular museum admission applies during our normal public hours (1:00 PM – 5:00 PM) on Art Walk days.

Reading challenge for the Summer 📚😎

Summer Learning starts NOW! Bound for the stars this summer with Kitsap Regional Library!

This summer, we’ve unlocked the challenges to let YOU decide what will excite and challenge you to chart a new course this season. Set reading and doing goals that thrill—maybe it’s reading a whole series, or memorizing the constellations of the summer sky, or both! We’re also launching the Kids & Teens: Book Boost. When youth readers visit the Library, they can choose three books—one on each visit—to take home to build their own collection. And, of course, the Library is hosting free concerts, shows, and celestial celebrations to make sure you have a hopping good time, all summer long. Find all the details you need at KRL.org/Summer
