If you haven't found a float yet, don't worry! Only about 20% have been reported as found. You've still got a shot!

As a reminder, Treasure Trek hunting is only permitted before park closure. Please respect parks and the wildlife by NOT hunting after dusk.

We can't wait to see what you find tomorrow! And don't forget to tag .of.art and use to let us know you've found a float.

It's the most wonderful time of the year... Treasure Trek! Starting TODAY, you can find pink glass orbs on public lands across Kitsap County! Find one? It's yours!

A few quick reminders for your hunting:
🩷 Orbs will be hidden within arms reach of marked pathways (do not go off trail or disturb vegetation or wildlife)
🩷 Only one per group! If you stumble across another, please leave it there.
🩷 Do not re-hide floats in new locations.
🩷 Remember: We are a small team with limited capacity—please be patient with us and remember this is all just for the fun of art!
🩷 Send a photo of your find to [email protected], or post here and tag us + use the hashtag

After 5 wonderful years as researcher, writer, and host of Artists’ Books Unshelved, Yuka Petz has decided to step down from her role in the series.

As host of more than 70 episodes, Yuka’s passion for artists’ books was energizing and welcoming, and her thoughtful analysis, warmth, and precise writing made this technical show about art approachable. Her generosity, attention to detail, and genuine care for artists and their visions elevated the stories and amplified the voices of over 130 artists.
