Let the power of art and community help you express emotions, access memories, and relieve stress during our monthly Look Again series!

Every first Friday from 10-11am, individuals living with early-stage memory loss and their care partners are invited to a relaxed, facilitated morning in the galleries and among current exhibitions, like "Indigenous Craft," pictured here! Visual Thinking Strategies will be incorporated for a engaging, accessible discussion. This event is FREE!

ICYMI: Construction and install continues on our recently launched residency program and studio space for printmakers, letterpress artists, and artist book makers—Daisy Lane: A Print & Book Artist Residency at Bainbridge Island Museum of Art!

Daisy Lane is our new multi-use studio arts program for printmaking and artists' books. Core to this new program is our year-round residency for artists working in book arts, letterpress, screenprinting, Risograph, and other related art forms.

Stay tuned for more updates as construction on the space continues, including some big, heavy, we-needed-new-doors-to-fit-it-all-in equipment updates for the space.

In the meantime, sign up for our Daisy Lane email list: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfYIscUCm--V2NsmqAdJ5RUk7_A1ZAKF4tMwyJ6pdgvOGyWLQ/viewform

Last fall and winter, Aisha Harrison's solo exhibition "Porous Body" was at BIMA—and this summer, an episode of Cascade PBS's Art by Northwest was released all about them. We were thrilled to have the show on-site to film the "Porous Body" installation with us for the episode!

Join Art by Northwest host Brangien Davis as she learns more about Harrison's evocative works that meld ancestral legacies with a keen awareness of the local landscape.
