Introducing 𝐏𝐀𝐍𝐈𝐌𝐀𝐋𝐀𝐘: 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐦𝐝𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐬𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐡𝐨𝐧, 𝐊𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐨𝐧 𝐮𝐠 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐧, a special exhibition featuring vintage houses from the historic barangays of Parian and Tinago. Through photographs and visual documentation, the exhibition offers a glimpse into Cebu’s changing built heritage and the homes that once shaped its communities.

Every tradition carries a story, but keeping it alive requires a collective voice. On 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟔, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐊𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 opens its doors for 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐢 𝐬𝐚 𝐊𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐧: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐂𝐲𝐜𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐍𝐢ñ𝐨 𝐝𝐞 𝐂𝐞𝐛𝐮 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, a space dedicated to honoring faith, heritage, and local wisdom. We are honored to welcome back historian 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐩 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚 from 𝐈𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐎𝐒 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬, who will lend his technical expertise to guide our writeshop cluster on Living Devotion and Intergenerational Transmission.

This writeshop celebrates the living agency of our local communities, empowering those who safeguard these traditions every day. With Medina’s expertise shaping the dialogue, participants will articulate existing community practices that sustain the faith, address key hurdles to youth involvement, and design ways to deepen intergenerational learning while keeping practices firmly rooted in their sacred context. It was a joy to welcome the young learners of Busy Bee Play School as they stepped into Casa Gorordo Museum to explore, observe, and learn about Cebu’s heritage.

For our little visitors, a museum tour is more than just seeing an old house. It is an opportunity to encounter stories, ask questions, and discover how people lived in another time.

The 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐧’𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐭 𝐓𝐮𝐛𝐨̂ 𝐀𝐫𝐭 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐫 became a creative space not just for kids, but also for teens and adults who joined in the fun!
