THE POWER OF SELF-PORTRAITURE

As part of a group exhibition featuring both the winning photo projects of the 2025 Lucie Scholarship Program and works from a youth-focused open call for teenage girls and gender-expansive youth, the Lucie Foundation is proud to partner with Las Fotos Project to present The Power of Self-Portraiture.

Following its inaugural presentation at Las Fotos Project in Los Angeles, this exhibition now travels to House of Lucie galleries worldwide, including Budapest, Athens, Ostuni, and Samui.

The Lucie Foundation is a nonprofit, charitable organization whose mission is to honor master photographers, discover and cultivate emerging talent, and promote the appreciation of photography worldwide.

Las Fotos Project’s mission is to elevate the voices of young women and gender-expansive individuals from communities of color through photography and mentorship, empowering them to channel their creativity for the benefit of themselves, their communities, and their futures.
