Beszélgetésükről a művész így ír:
"A lapszám az öregedés témájával foglalkozott. Lucia Gavulova, akivel a Cepan-díj révén ismerkedtünk meg - akkoriban ő volt a díj felelőse - korábbi közös munkánk alapján nagyon konkrétan kérdezett.� Ez az elévülés, az elavulás, az öregedés témája jelen a munkámban (...) - nem fő témaként, hanem mellékesen, de sokszor. Kapcsolatban azokkal az anyagokkal is, amelyekkel - a festészeten és a rajzon túl - dolgoztam, a földdel és a hamuval, amelyekből az objektumokat készítettem. Kérdezett a jelenlétről is - testi értelemben -, a környezetről és a mozgás korlátairól - mivel mindig is érdekeltek a belső érzések és a testi tapasztalatok, s a mozgás határaira vonatkozó kérdések. A közeli környezethez való viszony témája is felmerült, hogy hat ránk, s a magánszféra és külső világ kontrasztja is. Emellett az is, hogy megtapasztaltam, ahogy a családtagjaim életük végén egyre kevésbé voltak jelen és észrevettem kötöttségeket, lehatárolt helyzeteket, azt is, ahogy anyám gondoskodott róluk, helyettesítve az állami segítséget. Ez a téma, amelyhez a jövőben még vissza szeretnék térni.� Szóba jött az ülő pozíció is, amellyel mint témával foglalkoztam, és a festészet és az installáció, a performansz és az interakció közötti kapcsolatot is.� S említettem a Knoll Galériát is, a közös munkát Hans Knollal és Pilinger Erzsébettel, s a beszélgetéseink örömét."

The artist writes about their conversation as follows:
"The issue dealt with the topic of aging. Lucia Gavulova, whom we met through the Cepan Award—she was in charge of the award at the time—asked very specific questions based on our previous work together. The theme of expiration, obsolescence, and aging is present in my work (...)—not as the main theme, but a , and often. It is also related to the materials I have worked with—beyond painting and drawing—such as earth and ash, from which I have created objects. He also asked about presence – in a physical sense – the environment and the limitations of movement – as I have always been interested in inner feelings and physical experiences, and questions concerning the limits of movement. The theme of our relationship with our immediate environment also came up, how it affects us, and the contrast between the private sphere and the outside world. In addition, I experienced how my family members became less and less present at the end of their lives, and I noticed constraints, limited situations, and how my mother took care of them, replacing state assistance. This is a topic I would like to return to in the future.� I also mentioned the sitting position, which I dealt with as a theme, and the relationship between painting and installation, performance and interaction. I also mentioned the Knoll Gallery, my collaboration with Hans Knoll and Erzsébet Pilinger, and the joy of our conversations."
