There is always magical makes coming out of our Everyday kiln! If you're feeling inspired why not book onto one of our Pottery Nights and have a go at making with clay!

Perfect for beginners and experienced potters alike, our brilliant pottery team will be there to guide you through the process of sculpting and glazing. Whilst giving those familiar with hand-built pottery the encouragement to try something new!🌟

Please note that Pottery Night is an 18+ event but we do admit ages 12+ with an accompanying parent or guardian.

Happy Pride from all of us here at Everyday!🌈❤

We loved being a part of Wigan Pride last year through our Pride Grants and are so glad we were able to offer them again this year! We can't wait to see all the amazing creative work at the parade, we'll be sharing photos of our Pride Grant recipients creations very soon!🤩

A priority for us at Everyday is that we are inclusive and offer a safe space for everyone, whilst we celebrate with our community today we understand that Pride began as a protest and we'll always stand beside our LGBTQ+ community in the fight for a better future!💖💪

All tiles for the Our Future Ashton Public Art Project are now complete! Thank you so much to everyone who came along over the past few weeks, it has been amazing to meet so many new people and celebrate the wonderful community of Ashton! We’ll keep you updated on when the mural will be on display.

To keep the creative joy flowing all remaining sessions will be open ceramic sessions, meaning you can come along and make your own small piece of pottery! All pieces will be bisque fired by us, so you can collect them and paint at home.

No ceramics or pottery experience needed as our Everyday team will be on hand to guide you through the process!✨

Open to all ages but children must be accompanied by an adult.

Join us next month for a special Pride edition of Slow Crafts Club hosted by almia!💌

Participants create their own collaged postcard about what a q***rer future looks like to them, contribute words to a collective found poem, and choose what happens to what they have made — whether it travels to a q***r friend now, or forward into a community archive for q***r people yet to come.✨

So whether you're a part of the LGBTQ+ community or an ally, come and find community through the joy of making by hand, we'd love to see you there!❤🌈

Thursday 6th August is your last chance to make a tile to be included in the Our Future Ashton project, all remaining sessions will be open ceramic sessions!❤

As part of ‘Our Future Ashton Public Art Project’ ceramicist and collage artist Carrie Reichardt along with OUTHOUSE is creating a ceramic mural, celebrating
Ashton in Makerfield's rich heritage and communities and we want you to be a part of it! Come along to one of our free drop in sessions to make your own ceramic tile to be included in the mural!

No ceramics or pottery experience needed as our Everyday team will be on hand to guide you through the process. We’ll be using textured and letter stamps to make tiles with messages for our loved ones and the Ashton community!✨

Open to all ages but children must be accompanied by an adult.

Another incredible mural made by children at our AllChild schools and our fabulous delivery lead Emily!🤩

So much time and love went into painting this entire shipping container and we are blown away with the results. We are so grateful we were able to work with these schools again, leaving a lasting, collaborative artwork for the whole school to enjoy!🌈❤

Don't miss out on this month's Slow Crafts Club! We have a special guest for our August session, ceramic artist Caitlin Hamblett!⚱🌟

You will learn slip transfer and mono-typing print techniques through decorating clay pieces pre-prepared by Caitlin. The theme of ‘northern ecology’ means all materials for surface decoration will be sourced from the borough's brownfield sites, including foraged wild clay and wood ash-based glazes.🤩

No previous pottery experience needed as Caitlin will be guiding you through the process. This is going to be an amazing workshop so get your tickets booked to secure your spot!
