FUNDING OPP 🚨🎨

The SANE Creative Awards scheme was launched in May 2019. The scheme aims to improve the quality of life for people with mental health problems, their families and carers. For this round we will be accepting applications for visual art only. For the purposes of the scheme, visual arts encompass all forms of painting, drawing, printmaking, photography, mixed media and digital art

There are three levels of awards to apply for - £100, £200 and £300. The deadline for this round of applications is October 31st. We are re-posting this opportunity now as it is now closer to the deadline!

FUNDING OPP 🚨 📝🎭🎮🎧🎨

The Creatives Grant is a £500 award for working class creative practitioners based in the UK – it runs monthly and therefore has no set deadline. If you are not awarded the grant in your first application, do not worry… you will still be taken into consideration for future months!!

The grant is a one-off, no-strings attached payment that individuals can use to support themselves in whatever way they like – e.g., travel/rent/bills. It is open to anybody who makes ‘stuff’ – be this art, performance, sound, music, craft, comedy, games, writing…!

There is no formal application process – just an email with some details about yourself and your work. Last month's recipient (number 36) was Laviea Thomas - a music & culture journalist from the Midlands. For other examples of past funding and info on how to apply, please follow the link below:
