The Isle of Wight Bus Museum open from 10am until 8pm and
Spooky Craft with Auntie Edna 11am until 3pm. Spooky decorations in the museum
Frightrider buses running at 515pm, 615pm and 7.15pm museum free to visit and vintage bus ride free too. You must book your time of ride please
please message us on messenger to book your time giving number of seats required.
We had great fun last year so let's do it again.
Cafe museum and shop open during the day and the evening too

Sad news.

Today the The Isle of Wight Bus Museum learned of the sudden and unexpected passing of one of our longtime supporters of the museum,

Jonathan Jones Pratt.

Jonathan and his family have been bringing beautifully restored vehicles to the museum's major events, including more recently Rydabus and Wightrider, for over 20 years. He was a valued friend of our museum.
Our thoughts are with his family and friends at this time and may he rest in peace

Well that's a wrap Wightrider is over for another year. A huge thank you to everyone who came to support our event. So many visiting vehicles from the mainland and our own museum vehicles helped to carry hundreds of passengers on prearranged routes. Thank you for your continued support. Thanks also to each and every one of our volunteers who have worked tirelessly over the weekend and many months before. A REMINDER THAT THE MUSEUM WILL BE CLOSED TOMORROW WHILST WE PUT THE MUSEUM BACK TOGETHER ❤️

UPDATE FOR ALL WIGHTRIDER TRAVELLERS Due to the fire at the Esplanade Hotel in Sandown all WIGHTRIDER Services 16ABCD will serve Sandown Broadway only. The service 16D will still call at Dinosaur Isle. Please use Sandown Dinosaur Isle and Broadway Bus Stops ONLY
