Discover, Create & Explore at the museum This Half Term!

Looking for fun family activities this half term? There’s something for everyone at the museum!

Follow our free trails around the Villa and its beautiful grounds, dress up as your favourite Roman character, or get creative with colouring sheets, coin rubbing and puzzles.

You can even make your own mosaic to take home! For a hands-on experience, visit our artefact handling table just outside the museum and get a closer look at history.

Don't forget to visit our museum shop! Browse our range of gifts, souvenirs and goodies to remember your visit.

Enjoy a treat at the Forum Café! Warm up with our delicious autumn drinks, enjoy a tasty lunch, or relax with a slice of cake and a cup of tea.

Explore our award-winning Visitor Centre and Museum, see the beautifully preserved mosaic floors, and discover our extensive collection of Roman archaeology.

Autumn is truly here at the Museum!

Come and enjoy a visit to our café and treat yourself to one of our delicious seasonal drinks and a slice of homemade cake! No admission fee is required to visit our café — you don’t need to enter the Museum, and everyone is welcome!

Our autumn drinks include:

Spiced apple latte
Pumpkin latte
Gingerbread hot chocolate
We have a lovely selection of homemade cakes to enjoy too, making it the perfect place to catch up with family and friends or simply treat yourself.

Afterwards, why not enjoy a lovely autumn stroll along our beautiful nature trail and take in the colours of the season?

We have parking available and balcony seating area if you’d like to bring your four-legged friends along. Dogs are welcome!

So come along, enjoy a warming drink and a sweet treat, and make the most of autumn with us.

As the seasons change, so does our menu here at the Forum Café at the museum!
