'Heritage grant funding: from idea to success', this Saturday at Sun Pier House

This practical workshop is provided by Medway Voluntary Action and The National Lottery Heritage Fund. The session will cover what funders look for in an application, grant writing, and tips for success.

Throwback to the 4th June 2022! For the Queen's Platinum Jubilee we co-produced the Medway River Pageant, with Tiller & Wheel

The British weather wasn't our friend that day, some of the team are still traumatised by windblown gazebos and table cloths 🤪 🌪

BUT the show must go on, and thousands of your came out to see the ships, hear the guns being fired, and take part in a fantastic amount of honking for The Grand Cacophony 📣

It's back! 'BIG DRAW little people' is back this August, now in it's 5th year 🏆

Our fun celebration of children's drawing and doodles is a main feature in our gallery programme. Every summer we let the kids take over The Riverside Gallery to celebrates all levels of art and imagination.

Fridays at the Riverside Gallery and Cafe are made for families ☀️

Free creative activities for little ones, free WiFi and games for teens and good coffee and cake for the grown ups 🍰

It’s the last day of half-term, so if you’re running out of ideas, come and spend an hour or two by the river, counting swans, doodling away or just slowing down for a while.

Our very first studio resident moved in at the start of our journey in January 2013, and since then, we’ve welcomed over a hundred artists into our studios spaces 🧡
