Lakelandite is a rare, dark igneous rock found exclusively in the Lake District of England. A natural meeting of deep grey and black basalt with pale cream and white bytownite crystals, this ancient stone was formed around 470 million years ago during a powerful period of volcanic activity.

Lakelandite carries a unique energy, bringing the heart and root chakras into union. Its grounding presence invites us to reconnect with the Earth while gently opening the heart to healing, nurturing and renewal.
