My interest in health, combined with over 20 years of personal yoga practice, shapes the way I teach. I like to focus on breath-led movement, thoughtful sequencing, and the biomechanics behind each pose. I love how vinyasa blends strength, flexibility, and flow, creating a practice that energises both body and mind. Whether you’re new to yoga or experienced, my classes aim to help you move with intention and ease.

Popcat’s Music Time is a music and movement class for babies and toddlers aged 0-5 years old.

Over the course of the 60 minute session you can expect musical instruments, nursery rhymes, pop songs, bubbles, parachute play, story time, FREE snack for little people, FREE hot drink for big people, cuddly props and puppets.

We are an educational provision that targets all 7 of the EYFS framework to help develop your little ones before school.

HOW TO BOOK

There is no need to book in advance for regular classes and there is no commitment to monthly or termly fees or membership. Simply turn up for the class and PAYG. Babies under 6 months are FREE for all of our classes. £7 per child and just £3 for any additional siblings.

FAFA - Fun Art for All - Coming to Oyez Arts at Altrincham Town Hall - Thursdays from 12th June, 7.00-9.00pm
These 2 hour sessions (including a tea break with biscuits) are for fun - you don’t need to be good at drawing or indeed any form of art - it’s about trying things and being surprised with what you can achieve. Being creative is good for mental health. Every week we’ll be doing some fun exercises, exploring making marks and shapes (essentially doodling), and hopefully, enjoying being part of an interesting and diverse group.
Developed from art classes I ran online during lockdown with friends and family, we’ll be doing something a bit different every week.
Sessions will be on a drop in basis - no need to book. The cost will be £12 per session - £6 for concessions. Starting Thursday 12th June 7.00-9.00pm at Oyez Arts, Altrincham Town Hall.
