Thank you Zahida at Optieye care for the kind donation of purple yarn to our Trafford Purple Roses Against Violence project.

Bought from Headway on Regent Road, so 2 causes supported from a single purchase.

If you too would like to donate yarn, new or from your stash , please drop it off at Art With A Heart

Crochet & Chat is going on the road again in November! 💜🌹

This time, we are taking Purple Roses Against Violence crocheting to the tdasorg Domestic Abuse Awareness Event on Thursday 26 November, 10am–2pm, at Ashton on Mersey Cricket Club in Sale.

Come along to make a rose, find out more about the project and join a wider conversation about domestic abuse and the support available. You don’t need to know how to crochet to come and say hello!

There’s lots more happening too, including a Q&A with TDAS, an exhibition by Paula Muir, poetry and a chance to meet the TDAS team.

Full details and the ticket QR code are on the flyer. If you’re viewing it on your phone, you can screenshot the flyer and open the QR code from your photos.
