Our relaunch exhibition 'Nostalgia' was an amazing time with so many talented artists exhibiting some incredible works!

LAUNCH NIGHT TOMORROW!

Join us tomorrow night at Longsight Community art space from 7pm for the opening night of our Nostalgia exhibition!

The exhibition will be open to the public from Tuesday the 3rd until Saturday the 7th 10-4pm.

Get a chance to see the artworks before everyone else, chat to some artists and grab a free drink at our private view!

NOSTALGIA PRIVATE VIEW!

Join us on Monday the 2nd of December at Longsight Community Art Space for our private viewing of our new exhibition 'Nostalgia'!

Running from 7pm till 9pm it's a great chance to see some incredible artworks, chat to some of the artists and grab a free drink as well!

Our open call exhibition will be hosting a wide variety of contemporary art from over 30 North-West based artists all exploring the theme of nostalgia.

Hi everyone!

Most of you may know already but my name's Amber and I will be running Neighbourhood Gallery moving forward.

First of all I want to say thank you for everyone for being patient while I've been figuring a few things out! It's been a crazy few months moving on from being a student, finding a new flat in Manchester and getting a promotion at work.

I'm now settled back into Manchester and super excited to get planning some new pop-up exhibitions! I already have so many ideas and plans for moving forward and can't wait to share them with you all :)

As I write this I am getting quite emotional. This is the last post from me as we leave and say goodbye. I have had the best time running the gallery, I have met so many amazing artists, I have been able to hang some incredible pieces, and taken some work home myself!
I have learnt so much about running a gallery and it has been a pleasure to be here, meeting and talking to the people coming in.
But, it's time to hand over the reigns and leave the gallery to our trusted assistant Amber.
Thank you to everyone who has supported Neighbourhood Gallery, those who have taken part in our exhibitions and events, who have come and purchased work, or who have shared, liked and followed our journey.
I am truly honoured to be able to offer this space for artists and art lovers and I am terribly sad to be saying goodbye. Thank you to everyone for all your kind words. It has been one incredible ride!

'Inspired by Manchester' showcases almost 50 pieces of art, all under £500, all depicting scenes of Manchester. We have a great mix of artists showing, and a huge array of styles and techniques.
