Paper Planes brings together a decade of work from Camille Henrot, one of contemporary art’s most influential voices.

Her cross-media practice draws on poetry, social media, self-help, and everyday life to explore what it means to be an individual in an overstimulated, hyper-connected world.

Open now at CC.

Yesterday, Paper Planes opened. And safe to say — it landed.

Thank you to everyone who showed up – the ones who came early for a wristband, the ones who came for the art, and the ones who stayed until the very last song. You made the night.

And a very big thank you to Camille Henrot for bringing something into CC that we genuinely didn’t know how to describe until we saw it come together. Now we do. Come see for yourself.

Alba Akvama, Hekt, and Miaw: you turned Hall 6 into something else entirely. Thank you.

The exhibition is now officially open. Come for the first time or come back soon – and bring someone who hasn’t been yet.

Experience Alba Akvama this Thursday for the Camille Henrot After Party.

With her recently released debut EP, Minute Nothing, has become one of the most talked-about acts in the Copenhagen underground.

The melodies in her music draws inspiration from a vast influence of genres and you’ll find everything from shoegaze, jazz and indie-pop in her music. The melodies drift alongside her gentle guitar playing and carry a timeless quality. Nostalgic and dreamy, yet still contemporary.

Live, she captivates audiences with melancholically luminous ballads, intimate love songs, and orchestral interludes. Her concerts create a space where deep emotions are allowed.

She has already received critical acclaim from international media outlets such as The Face, The Line of Best Fit, and Nina Protocol. Danish newspaper Politiken described her as “a strong contender to become Denmark’s next international darling.” With Minute Nothing, Alba Akvama is establishing herself as a new voice in Nordic alt-pop.

Entrance is free - but requires a wristband. Catch it from 17:00 in our foyer.

Catch Hekt this Thursday for the Camille Henrot After Party!

This Thursday, Copenhagen producer and DJ brings his emotionally charged blend of euphoric club music, acid textures, and futuristic pop to Copenhagen Contemporary. Working closely with artists like Smerz and Fine, Hekt has become a defining voice in the city’s experimental electronic scene. Pitchfork recently described his debut album Forever as capturing “freedom, movement, and gritted-teeth optimism” through “bright, booming pop-techno” inspired by the golden era of 2010s electronic music.

Entrance is free but requires a wristband - pick it up in the foyer from 17:00

Catch live for the Camille Henrot After Party this coming Thursday 😼

If you haven’t heard about Miaw yet - now it’s the time. The unpredictable Danish/Dutch duo creates euphoric music that mixes glitchy pop, shoegaze and deconstructed club music. With shows at this year’s Roskilde Festival and around Europe Miaw is currently on the rise and we can’t wait to experience their intense live show at the CC After Party.

And remember! Tickets are free but requires a wristband that can be picked up from 17:00 in our foyer.

CC you very soon!
