Every year, the international jewelry and gem show GemGenève becomes a meeting place for leading experts in the jewelry industry, journalists, designers, influencers, collectors, connoisseurs, and everyone who is professionally involved in or passionate about the art of jewelry making.

We were delighted to reconnect with longtime friends, meet new partners and guests, and we are grateful to everyone for their continued support and attention to Strong & Precious.

Strong & Precious Foundation is presenting Ukrainian jewelry designers for the 7th time at the prestigious international exhibition GemGenève

This year’s theme is the Ukrainian avant-garde, an artistic movement of the 1910s–1930s defined by bold forms, experimentation, and innovation. For many years, Russian narratives have misattributed Ukrainian avant-garde artists, attempting to place them within its own cultural framework. In reality, key figures of this movement - Kazimir Malevich, Oleksandr Bohomazov, David Burliuk, Alexandra Exter, Vasyl Yermylov, and Sonia Delaunay - were Ukrainian artists who played a major role in shaping early 20th-century modernist language. This exhibition is another step toward restoring historical truth and acknowledging their origins.

This year, we once again present the winners of the Strong & Precious competition, whose works are part of the Foundation’s permanent collection. Featured pieces include brooches by .te.jewelry, a pendant by .hlanskova, a ring by .jewelry, and a pendant by .official. Alongside them, the exhibition will also feature other Ukrainian designers well known to the public, including , , .jewelry, .iryna.

.te.jewelry AGA.TE їде на GemGenève втретє. Перша робота — брошка «Roots», минулого року студія представила брошку «Бандура». Кожного разу це брош і кожного разу інша розмова з матеріалом, формою і контекстом. Повернення втретє підтверджує: діалог з міжнародною аудиторією варто не лише продовжувати, а й поглиблювати.

Анна Гланскова .hlanskova – дизайнерка із Кременчука, яка щодня живе з тим, про що робить прикрасу. Пʼятнадцять років художньої школи, вища освіта промислового дизайнера, досвід головного дизайнера на виробництві, і звичка проєктувати від проблеми, а не від образу.

As GemGenève draws closer, we continue introducing the designers who will showcase their pieces at the Strong & Precious booth. Next in our spotlight – Inesa Kovalova

Born in Ukraine, Inesa began her creative journey in architecture before continuing her studies in art and design in Italy and at Central Saint Martins in London. For Inesa, jewellery is a form of art that should reflect the world we live in today. This philosophy drives her to experiment with new technologies, materials, and forms of expression.

The Escalier earclins embody this vision perfectly – bold, architectural, and fluid, balancing sculptural presence with effortless wearability.

Інеса Ковальова народилася в Україні, на Донбасі. Вона розпочала свій творчий шлях в архітектурі, а згодом продовжила навчання в галузі мистецтва та дизайну в Італії та в Central Saint Martins у Лондоні. Для Інеси ювелірні вироби – це форма мистецтва, яка має відображати світ, у якому ми живемо сьогодні. Ця філософія спонукає її експериментувати з новими технологіями, матеріалами та формами вираження.

Сережки Escalier ідеально втілюють це бачення — сміливі, архітектурні та плавні, вони поєднують скульптурну виразність із легкою зручністю у носінні.
