🛩️ Favourite Aircraft?
His top pick is the Bombardier Challenger 3500, which recently visited during the Dream Rally event. Edward admires its impressive performance, cruising at 45,000 feet.
A close second is Miss El, our DHC-2 Beaver. It holds a special place in his heart because of fond memories flying in one more than 50 years ago.

Edward is an avid hobby baker who loves making everything from cheese bread and focaccia to stromboli and homemade pizza. He is also a long-time motorcycle enthusiast who has spent more than 35 years riding across North America from coast to coast and border to border.
