Open Tuesday - Saturday 9:30am-5:00pm for drop in guests. School and private groups please pre-book. Expect to need 1 to 1.5 hours here.

Visit to enjoy our hands-on exhibits, interactive shows, science programs, and special events. We invite school groups, families and the general public for a fun-filled visit to explore and discover science. Public guest hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The office is open Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Do leave a message if there is no answer; we are probably working with g

roups and will get right back to you. Please only visit if feeling well. We run Robotics Clubs, seasonal / summer camps and special events. School classes and other groups should call to plan your visit and to book. We are happy to do off site programs; call to discuss.

Watch live microorganisms projected on a screen and observe how they move and interact. Then, explore specimens and larger organisms up close as you investigate the amazing diversity of life around us.

Join us on Saturday, August 29 for an edible science lab!

A Slice of Science is a 30-minute lab where we’ll explore math concepts using pizza!

Choose from three levels:
- Easy: Ages 3–5
- Medium: Ages 6–9
- Hard: Ages 10–12, with a bonus question for anyone who wants to go deeper!

Each level includes 5 pizza-themed challenges to work through—with the best part being the prize at the end: you get to eat your pizza!

Who says learning has to be boring?

Tickets: $12 each, including an 8" pizza.

Adult participation is recommended, but adults do not need to purchase a ticket.

Join us tomorrow (Thursday, August 13) for our last BIG Little Scientists Outdoors!

Marlow and Bobby will be at Westsyde Centennial Park this week from 9:00am - 10:00am!

This week we will discover the cool effects of air pressure in UP IN THE AIR!
We will use air to shoot rockets up in the sky, fly squeaky balloons, and make spinning helicopters to take home!

Signing up is encouraged as it helps us know how many people to expect!

Adult participation is required, sibling welcome!

We'll check the weather and air quality at 7:30 a.m. on Thursday morning and post an update on whether the program will go ahead at the park.
