New happy art
The first time I’ve painted cornflowers and I just love the blue. Was going to be boring and paint the background beige but the underpainting colour called me and a did it a yellow ochre.

‘Cornflower blue’
Acrylic on canvas in timber float frame
32cm x 32cm
$390

Not a whole lot painted this week but here’s a sweet nasturtium with lighter hues I did

Sourcing vintage framing for these works was important to get the finished look I was envisioning. A classic chic timeless styling that would work in both traditional and modern settings. Being an avid lover of vintage and antiques it’s also important for me to source environmentally sustainable where I can. These works are oil on canvas and have been varnished in a satin which makes them come to life on different angles

I never ended up getting this large sweeping landscape framed so it’s available as is. Can string ready to hang as is or framed on request
It’s an oil on canvas and measures 30cm x 60cm so quite large and a lot of bang for your buck at this special price of $590

A new lot of moody fruit based still life works done in oils. This batch is drying off before a varnish and framing but reach out with interest in reserving one
