It’s the last day - this Sunday (12-4pm) - to catch G.g’s current shows including:

How does it feel?

How Does It Feel? explores the personal and political tensions of everyday life in a chronically ill body. The work pairs domestic imagery, medication iconography, and introspective text with material metaphors to examine a body in constant conflict with itself.

Glass becomes a poetic metaphor for feelings of fragmentation and fragility in a body navigating opposing states – public and private, pain and rest, comfort and discomfort, familiarity and intimacy.

Examining how the body moves through and between these contrasting states and questioning what happens when they collide and co-exist, the work provides representation for the often unseen impacts of chronic illness.

For the opening of G.g's Exhibition- 'Between Realms' we are super excited to be hosting a series of performances on the night. Starting at around 7pm.

There will be three acts over the course of the evening.

One of these is

PASSEPARTOUT DUO (IT/US)

Look for unprecedented ways of connecting through sound. Their music combines a varied instrumentation ranging from analog synthesizers to processed percussion and found objects, often employing specific chamber music techniques to explore spatialized and psycoacoustic effects.

The group, formed by Nicoletta Favari and Chris Salvito, has been on a nearly continuous world tour ever since they began collaborating in 2015, and their experiences traveling have heavily
influenced their unconventional creative process.

Since 2024 they have teamed up with the Berlin-based company KOMA Elektronik to start producing their instrument called ‘Chromaplane’.
