8 months. 33 weeks pregnant. 👶❤️

ASKING FOR SUPPORT because, as you know, life is not always easy.
I am currently 8 months pregnant and I live in Australia. I have lived here for the last 8 years on multiple visas and I call this place home. The Australian Government has just unexpectedly extended my visa for just one more month, which means that I would have to leave the country at 8.5 months pregnant, very close to giving birth.
I would like to be able to stay here, as I’ve entered the “nesting mode” and honestly there’s nowhere else I’d like to be right now. Birth plans are arranged and I have my community of support right here. Also a flight to the other side of the world doesn’t seem very enticing.
After speaking to several immigration lawyers my only option is to apply for a partner visa (of which the cost is $9365) before my visa finishes.
I have been working hard on my paintings and selling what I could, but we’re not going to be able to cover this cost + the costs that are coming up postpartum whilst I recover and settle into my new chapter of motherhood.
Therefore, I am asking for your help, in your own capacity. The money will go towards funding the visa application, food and any costs related to birth & postpartum care for me and baby ❤️

Hi everyone ❤️
I’m Lisa. I’m asking for financial support because, as you know, life is not always easy.
I am currently 7.5 months pregnant and I live in Australia. I have lived here for the last 8 years on multiple visas and I call this place home. The Australian Government has just unexpectedly extended my (tourist) visa for just one more month, which means that I would have to leave the country at 8.5 months pregnant, very close to giving birth.

Big changes.
Baby daddy is back.
A series of necessary “unfortunate” circumstances, different perspectives and personal realignments.

But we’re here now, committed to do our best for our child, whatever way that may look like.
This is a love story. A story that includes all of life, all emotions, all experiences, the whole of it!!

Another beautiful workshop today at the today! All connected, we dove deep into expressing our outer and inner worlds, ending with letting our inner child out and just playing around. No judgement, letting go of perfection, and letting go of the resistance of letting go.

I welcome in all of life. The growth, the challenges, the laughter and the cries. I feel my emotions and am willing to walk blindfolded into what turn out to be the best and craziest adventures of my life.

First time illustrating a children’s book written by .b.author and hopefully many more to come. This got my over my ”challenge” of working with watercolours and inspired me to start writing my own children’s books.

More tha grateful for the moment and excited for what’s to come ❤️
