As an artist-run initiative we offer contemporary works by local artists for the Northern Rivers community and beyond.

Bringing together a unique collection of artist books by local artists,
Turn the Page celebrates the book as an artwork in its own right. Moving beyond its traditional role as a vessel for words, these works embrace hand-bound, printed, folded, painted, stitched and sculptural forms, inviting viewers to experience the page as a site of material exploration, narrative and imagination. Each artist offers a distinctive interpretation of what a book can be, an intimate object to hold, unfold and discover, revealing the endless possibilities that emerge when art and the book become one.

Gallery 3 is a micro art space located on the corner of Ewingsdale Road, opposite the Belongil Beach turn-off. Enter from the street through the gate at No 1 Unit. 3, or via the rear car park entrance.

These paintings are a reflection of some of my favourite places in the Byron Bay region — a place I have called home for 30 years. Living on Bundjalung Country, peace is always within reach, a steady comfort in an ever-changing world.
This collection is an autobiographical interpretation of the fleeting, yet deeply felt, experience of Byron Bay — its rhythms, its light, and the ever-present embrace of the ocean.
