The NJARC would like to thank everyone who came out to our Swap Meet/Tailgate/Hamfest yesterday at InfoAge! There were lots of sellers and lots of deals to be had. The weather was perfect and InfoAge's mature trees provided the perfect shade for most of the vending area.

If you couldn't make it this time, please consider coming next year, or to our next swap meet in the Fall (at the Parsippany PAL). We will share details soon.

It's almost time for the New Jersey Antique Radio Club's Summer Tailgate Hamfest Swapmeet! Our vendors are already stuffing their vehicles with goodies to sell for buyers to stuff theirs! Come dig through boxes to find that part you've been looking for, or to add just one more radio to your collection! Call it a work out- you're walking and pumping iron if you buy a boat anchor! Gate proceeds help keep the lights on at our Radio Technology Museum that will open later in the day!

Apologies to those of you that may have tried to watch our live stream last night. Our streaming equipment did not want to cooperate last night. Fortunately, e were able to successfully capture the technical presentation part of the meeting directly on the camera cards.

It's Throwback Thursday! For a few months, our Radio Technology Museum docents did double duty as docents for the IEEE's traveling exhibit: Unseen Signals: Edwin Howard Armstrong's Radio Revolution while it was at InfoAge Science & History Museum late last year.

I had NJARC club member and RTM museum docent give an impromptu, unrehearsed walkthrough in January on Edwin Howard Armstrong while going through the exhibit before it left InfoAge.
