I absolutely love a good find and when it comes at a good deal—even better!

My husband and I have been exploring more of our city and trying to go to new places we haven’t been.

We happened upon this little art market and met some lovely people. I walked past many booths but this one was so beautifully laid out (and I’m a sucker for press on nails) so I had to see what she offered.

I swear, books, fake nails and earrings get me every time!

I guess it’s just part of changing and developing new tastes and if it hadn’t been so recent, I’d probably have not thought anything of it.

But it happened within this year! Four months to be exact! Wild.

But just know….this girl has a lot to share! 🤣 What can I say? I’m curious and find life interesting. My grandpa plus my love of books taught me the thrill of a story and I’ve been telling them ever since.

I love the idea of mothering yourself and making sure you have what you need to be healthy and happy.

Something about that idea is easier for me to grasp than trying to make myself feel a certain way about me or my body.

Caring for someone, I can do. Emotions feel less maneuverable.

But even so, I find it awkward. It’s a slow work in progress.
