Celebrate America’s 250th anniversary with The WaterFront Center and Raynham Hall Museum on a special “Pirates and Patriots” evening with maritime history and living history on Oct. 10.
⛵ 4:30–6:30 p.m. — Sail Oyster Bay Harbor aboard the historic oyster sloop CHRISTEEN, with stories of local maritime heritage and Oyster Bay’s role in the American Revolution.
🏛️ 7–8:30 p.m. — Continue at Raynham Hall Museum with refreshments and an evening surrounded by the history of the Townsend family home.

📝 Ballots are available at shops throughout Stony Brook Village Center and can be returned to any participating shop.
🏆 Winners will be announced at WMHO’s 36th Annual Halloween Festival on Saturday, October 31 at 2 p.m.

Join Raynham Hall Museum for Revolutionary Revel! on Sunday, September 20, from 11:00 AM–2:00 PM.
Meet members of the Order of the Ancient and Honorable Huntington Militia and explore 18th-century life through historic crafts, including weaving and fabric dyeing. Enjoy live demonstrations of period musical instruments, musket firings, historic games, and more!
🎻 See and hear instruments such as the violin, viola da gamba, and recorders.
🎨 Try your hand at historic crafts.
