It was wonderful to share our community history and museum with Tracy! I appreciate that she made time to visit and have engaging conversation in her first 90 days!

Did you know that, for many years, Springboro’s population was only around 500 people? Wow—has our city grown!

Springboro Chamber's President & CEO, Tracy Morgan, enjoyed a personalized tour of the Springboro Area Historical Society and learning more about the people, places, and stories that shaped our community. A special thank-you to Kathy Stachowski, President of the Springboro Area Historical Society, for the wonderful tour and for sharing her knowledge, enthusiasm, and passion for preserving Springboro’s history.

The museum also makes a great team-building outing and a refreshing break from the office! Bring your team to visit the oldest building in Springboro, connect with our community’s past, and gain a deeper appreciation for its rich history.

We are proud to have the Springboro Area Historical Society as a valued Chamber member. If you haven’t visited the museum, we encourage you to stop by and discover something new about the community we call home!

On this Museum Monday, we thank Patty, Amanda, Paul, Ken and Carolyn who volunteered at the museum for ARTfest on Main. Special thanks to Leah Cearlock who loaned a beautiful piece of stained glass that is displayed in the Underground Railroad Room. Brett Dennon of Weathervane Woodworks made the frame and assisted us with the install.
Thank you also, if you stopped in the museum on Saturday, we were overwhelmed by your generosity, conversation and many comments.

The Springboro Area Historical Society had the most amazing day during artfest this year. We thank the more than 200 people who came in to see all the new exhibits at the museum and for all their lovely comments. We appreciate memberships, purchases and chatting about our mutual love of history. If you stopped in today, whether your first visit or one of many we invite you to share your thoughts.

Fabulous Friday Post: Today, the Springboro, Historical Society, and the High Concrete Group worked together to install the new signage at the Springboro Orthodox Quaker Cemetery on E. Market St. This project has been two years in the making. We think the pictures speak for themselves.

On this Thankful Thursday, we thank all who attended the Annual Ice Cream Social this past Sunday.
