Here are a few words on serenity from Joyla's founder:
"Serenity, what does that mean to you? Life can get a bit loud sometimes. I have learned that in these moments, I need to consciously find calm. I recently started doing yoga and treating myself to a massage here and there. I have realized that treating myself to more self-care moments is OK as I get older. The place where I find my serenity is a walk to the beach. I just breathe in and take it all in. I close my eyes and listen to the waves. Crazy what a difference it can make!
I decided to incorporate the word "Serenity" into my collection. The calm of the ocean or the lake always brings me peace. I included a wave pattern on each piece and highlighted stones that remind me of beautiful bodies of water.
I am finding ways to incorporate a bit of calm in each day. Even on the crazy ones!"
