On Friday, SAMS Special Access chairs planned a VIP Tour of Seattle Art Fair at Lumen Field Event Center led by Charlie Manzo from Winston Artory Group.

Charlie has toured our group for several years and we have always enjoyed learning from him and viewing the galleries he highlights. This year we saw some familiar favorites at Melissa Morgan Fine Arts, Avery Barnes Gallery and StudioDRIFT. We also met some new friends at Superposition Gallery and The Vestibule. Many of our members also went for the opening night on Thursday.

It was a busy week for art in Seattle with the Seattle Art Fair and the opening of the new Assembly Art Fair at the West Canal Yards. On the Eastside, the Bellevue Arts Fair was also happening this weekend.

An unforgettable evening at the Seattle Asian Art Museum as SAMS gathered for Spring Into Art—where fashion, art, music, and community filled the museum well into the night. From the private reception and conversation with Christian Louboutin to late-night dancing within the galleries, the evening was a remarkable celebration in support of Seattle Art Museum and its mission.
