The weekend begins with the Opening Press Conference at the Mississippi State Capitol in Jackson, Mississippi, followed by an evening of remembrance featuring the Hear My Voice: Are You Listening? Civic Engagement Program, a Candlelight Vigil, and a special screening of the TILL Movie and talk back with members of the Till family, film producer Keith Beauchamp, veterans of the civil rights movement, impacted families and distinguished guests.
At 12:00 Noon CST, supporters around the world are invited to participate in A Time for Unity in Black and White by wearing black and white, observing a moment of silence, speaking Emmett Till's name, honoring those whose lives were taken by racism, hatred, and violence, and sharing messages of remembrance.

Experience the Till Trail of Tears and Terror Educational Tour, a powerful, life-changing journey through the Mississippi Delta. Participants will visit historic sites, museums, memorials, and Emmett Till and Mamie Till Mobley National Monument locations that tell the true story of Emmett Till's final journey and the movement it inspired.

The commemoration concludes with a faith based Worship in White church service at Farish Street Baptist Church. Worship alongside the Till Legacy Family, celebrating the faith, courage, and resilience of Mamie Till Mobley and generations of the Till (Smith/Reese) family, followed by Breaking Bread Together, a community gathering and send off to include a good meal, fellowship, reflection, and remembrance.
