Rare Device Design Store and Gallery Rare Device is an artist-focused gift store and gallery in San Francisco.

Every object in the store has its own story, and has been chosen because it is either handmade, well-designed, useful, beautiful or all of the above. The gallery within the storefront hosts rotating art shows and community events, including book signings and workshops. Our mission is to bring artists to the forefront by finding and showcasing creative people & makers, and to foster community through art.

A show that explores San Francisco through watercolor and ink studies of the city’s architecture from ornate Victorian homes to Art Deco neighborhood businesses.

All the pieces are available for purchase online and in store throughout the exhibition. Purchased pieces will be available for pick up or shipment after the exhibition closes.
