This Saturday please join us from 6-9pm for the second opening of Andrea Bergen's solo show "The Big Buffet In The Sky" where we'll also be debuting a limited edition print of her cut-paper collage "And They Lived On The Poodle Forever."

The prints are 18"x24" archival giclée prints on 305gsm natural cold press textured art rag—signed and numbered in a super limited edition of only thirty. Printed locally at Artifactory3d in Oakland.

They will be available on a first come, first served basis, and any remaining prints will be available online the following day.

For anyone unable to make it to see this one in person, you can also view the collection of "The Big Buffet In The Sky" online at mothbelly.org/thebigbuffetinthesky. Everyone else, we hope to see you tomorrow!

Moth Belly is open today and tomorrow (Friday and Saturday) from 1-6pm for viewings of our current solo show "The Big Buffet In The Sky" by Andrea Bergen. The exhibit features over forty new works including papier-mache sculptures and Andrea's trademark cut-paper collages.

We'll also be having our monthly last Fridays drink & draw co-hosted by our friends sketchboard.co tonight from 6-9pm, so if you're free come on by and hang and draw with us!

Lastly, we'll be having a few more events coming up in accompaniment to this show including a print release party next Saturday, September 5th, from 6-9pm, and a closing reception and artist talk on September 26th, from 6-8pm. You can also view the work from this exhibit online at mothbelly.org/thebigbuffetinthesky.

We've got a lot of great upcoming events between now and the end of September to accompany Andrea Bergen's solo show The Big Buffet In The Sky, including an onsite cut-paper collage demonstration, a limited edition print release, and a closing reception and artist talk to wrap things up when the exhibit ends next month.

You can find all the info for each event in the slides of this post. All events are free to the public and will also serve as great opportunities to see the show and meet the artist for those who weren't able to make it to the opening.

Moth Belly is open weekly on Fridays and Saturdays from 1-6pm, or by chance or appointment. The collection can also be viewed online at mothbelly.org/thebigbuffetinthesky.

This Saturday! Please join us from 4-8pm for the Foggy Summer art market & zine making party. We're excited to be teaming up with artistsunitepalestine for this event and have a ton of exciting stuff in the works for it. 100% of sales from this will go toward mutual aid in Gaza.

Among the participants, we're thrilled to have Dottie Lux in town who will be tabling on behalf of International Solidarity Movement and giving a presentation on her recent travels to the West Bank.

We'll also have Perry Freitas and mandy tran tabling and selling their work, a communal zine making table, and art donations from Ruthie Cañada, Andrea Bergen, Sky Stevens, and more available for purchase.

We hope to see everyone this Saturday and to raise as much as we can for artistsunitepalestine. Please help spread the word and if you can't make it to the event in person, please consider donating to on Venmo.

"Live, Laugh, Yarf," is just one of the many boisterous mixed media papier-mache sculptures by Andrea Bergen currently on view as part of her solo show "The Big Buffet In The Sky." The exhibit will be up until Saturday, September 26th and can be visited during our weekly business hours of Fridays and Saturdays from 1-6pm, or by appointment.

And while this show is most definitely best enjoyed in person, for those who can't make it—the work is also viewable online on our website at mothbelly.org/thebigbuffetinthesky (or just follow the shop link in the Linktree in our bio).

Lastly, we'll also have a few more events coming throughout the duration of the exhibit, including a print release and an on-site demonstration of Andrea's collage process. Stay tuned for more details!

"The Big Buffet In The Sky," a solo show by Andrea Bergen, opened last Saturday and is on view now and until the end of September.

Featuring over forty new works including papier-mache sculptures and Andrea's renowned hand-cut paper collages, this show has been met so far with extremely high praise—a "ripsnorting rollercoaster of a show" in the words of Alan Bamberger himself.

You can visit the exhibit during our weekly hours of Fridays and Saturdays from 1-6pm, or the rest of the week by chance or appointment.

The work from this exhibit is also viewable online on our website at mothbelly.org/thebigbuffetinthesky. All online orders from the web shop will be available to pick up or ship out when the exhibit has officially closed at the end of September.

What an evening! It was great to see everyone who made it out to the opening of Andrea Bergen's solo show "The Big Buffet In The Sky" that opened last night. For everyone who missed it—the exhibit will be up for all of August and September.

Huge thank you to everyone who made it out to last night's drink & draw with sketchboard.co and got a little sneak preview of Andrea Bergen's solo show "The Big Buffet In The Sky" that officially opens this evening from 6-9pm!

The next drink & draw will be coming up on Friday, August 28th, and every last Friday of the month after that.
