🚢 The Age of Sail program puts your students to work as real crew members aboard a historic sailing vessel, learning teamwork, hands-on maritime skills and what it was like during that time in California history. This program is at Mare Island.

⛵ Set sail to go back in time and explore San Francisco’s history.

The Explorers day program gives students the chance to experience San Francisco Bay aboard the Scow Schooner — learning to navigate with charts and a compass, helping hoist and trim the sails, and even taking a turn at the helm.
