When you walk into our gallery you will meet Natalie Thompson and immediately be greeted by her beautiful smile! Natalie has been with our team for four years. Though born and raised here in San Diego, Natalie has lived in the UK, Sweden and Italy and she’s fluent in Swedish as a second language. We asked her what she enjoys about working at a gallery? Natalie shared, “Art is my passion. It's a joy for me to see where art finds a home. The artists don't get to meet their collectors daily, I do! Which I think is so cool.” 😎

A fun fact on Natalie, she is an artist herself. Natalie was technically trained in oil painting and has a bachelor’s degree in fine art from the San Francisco Art Institute. In addition, she also studied sculpture and painting abroad in Florence Italy at Studio Arts College International. 🎨

When not working in the business she loves, you can find Natalie with her son who is the light of her life and biggest joy where they explore and enjoy the ocean and have adventures togethers. 🙂

We had a fabulous time on NNewsradio 600 KOGOpreviewing our new Art of Dr. Seuss Show. Opening tomorrow (May 29), some of his never seen before work will be enjoyed at, “San Diego, Dr Seuss Lived Here!” If you read Dr Seuss as a kid, or even better, read his books to your kids, check out this radio interview. It captures so much of the lore and wonder of Dr. Seuss and why his art is so special! 📚🎨🎙️

The count down is on for our new Seuss show this week at our gallery. This time we were on K**I News. Did you know that there is a new Seuss book, “Sing the 50 United States," that is going to be released during our show, "San Diego, Dr Seuss Lived Here!" It's all about Seuss!!! Our new show loads in Thursday and opens this Friday! 🎥🎉🎨

Very excited to have Paul B. Lotz's show at our gallery this weekend May 8 & 9 (6-9 pm both days). While attending school in Italy, he was inspired by Renaissance masters. Over time, Paul's work evolved working in bronze which allowed him to refine details and express a wider range of emotions in his work. Stories began to emerge, and each piece took on new life and meaning. It was through this medium that Paul's whimsical -- and sometimes sarcastic -- sense of humor emerged. That is the narrative of his work that we get to enjoy today. ⭐️🎨
