San Diego Potters' Guild The San Diego Potters Guild is a juried membership of local potters that display and sell their work in Spanish Village studio 29 at Balboa Park.

The guild strives to stimulate public interest in ceramic arts and foster the common interests of all members. The Guild is closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day.

Mark your calendars!

The San Diego Potters’ Guild Spring Show & Sale returns June 13–14, from 10 a.m.–5 p.m. on the Spanish Village patio in Balboa Park. This popular event happens only twice a year.

Shop thousands of handmade ceramic pieces created by 40 members from our guild. From mugs and bowls to sculpture and garden art, every piece is hand crafted and one of a kind. Best of all, it’s free to attend.

The show highlights how clay moves from raw earth to intentional form—vessels, sculptures, and everyday objects shaped by hand, fire, and imagination. Together, these pieces reveal the beauty of function, the elegance of form, and the enduring artistry of ceramics in daily life.
