🎨 CALLING ALL ARTISTS: Help Color Foster Street! 🌸🖌️

We’re proud to be a Peabody’s Foster Street TDI District partner and excited to help spread the word about a new public art project coming to downtown Peabody!

Artists are invited to transform five planters along Foster Street into original works of public art, bringing even more color, creativity, and community pride downtown.

📅 Applications are due by 7 PM on September 9.

Are you creative, organized, and always thinking about the next great post? The North Shore Children’s Museum is looking for a Part-Time Digital Content & Marketing Associate to help us share the fun, learning, and play happening throughout the Museum!

This role will support our social media, digital content, and marketing efforts, helping tell the stories behind our exhibits, programs, special events, and play-based experiences.

It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, has a strong visual eye, and would love to put those skills to work in a fun, family-focused environment. ✨

🌊Ocean literacy refers to humans’ understanding of their relationship with the ocean! Building children’s ocean literacy teaches them the importance of the ocean in providing us food, water, and oxygen!

🪸Strong connections to nature create an appreciation for the environment! Everyday experiences with the ocean encourage children to care for sea creatures and ocean ecosystems in their futures.

🐋Ocean education supports children’s scientific thinking as they discover the worlds of marine biology, environmental science, conservation, and more!

🐚Sand play is a great form of sensory play! Pushing and digging through sand engages children’s senses in ways that help calm them down while connecting them to nature.
