Today the Salem Witch Board Museum celebrates our 7th anniversary!!! I’m extremely grateful for all the support the museum has received. Making a living by educating visitors on the history of talking boards is something I never imagined would be a reality. Thank you to everyone who has visited, posted on social media, shared your experiences and purchased items online. It’s truly a privilege to share my passion with others.

The countdown to the rarest WWII era talking board in the collection ends with the Mystic Buddha Magical Ouija Talking Board. It’s the only one that my fellow talking board collectors and historians have found so far. Hope you enjoy the video. Countdown continues to the rarest WWII era talking board in the collection. The Future Fancy is one of only two that I am aware of. This one in our collection does have the planchette and box as well. It took over 10 years before we found this second one. I’m sure more will turn up eventually. Let’s hope it doesn’t take as long though.

We sell a lot of vintage and antique boards in our gift shop but these two boards by Winning Moves Games USA are easily our best selling ones. Unlike some other recently made talking boards, these are quality made. They’re roughly twice the thickness of any competitor and will lay flat. The Salem Edition is a great update on the classic. It incorporates all the Salem landmarks and has information about each one. I’m a little biased since I did consult on it with my friend Murch. They even thanked us inside. Pretty awesome!

Countdown to the rarest WWII era boards in the collection. The Velco Mystic Seer was made in San Francisco circa 1945. It’s one of three that I know to still exist. One of the coolest things about it is the board glowed in the dark. The Yogee Answer Board might be the only other one to have glowed as well.

We made it into the Ukraine news again!

🗞Українська газета «На пенсії» офіційно перетнула океан та стала експонатом у США.
Друкований номер видання потрапив до знаменитого Музею спіритичних дощок у місті Салем після гучного інтерв'ю з його директором.
📦 Разом із газетою американцям подарували унікальну магічну дошку Ouija, яку вітчизняні майстри безкоштовно вирізали вручну та прикрасили традиційними орнаментами.
Керівництво закладу вже розмістило експонати на найвиднішому місці та щиро подякувало українцям за таку культурну дипломатію.
