⚓ The Port City Model Ship Exhibit is coming to the D.W. Correll Museum!

Throughout the month of September, visitors can explore a special display of beautifully crafted model ships celebrating maritime history and the remarkable art of ship modeling.

Many of the models featured in the exhibit were built by talented members of the Tulsa Ship Modelers Society, whose craftsmanship and attention to detail bring these historic vessels to life in miniature. We’re excited to showcase their work alongside ships from the D.W. Correll Museum collection.

Whether you’re fascinated by maritime history, model building, or simply appreciate incredible craftsmanship, there will be plenty to discover.

We had a visit from Brian Busse from the show Prospectors today. It was really nice to meet him, and we had a good conversation about the mining business. It was a very interesting conversation. Keep playing with rocks, folks! You never know who you might meet.

We are setup at Rt 66 Day at the Oklahoma Capitol. There is so much enthusiasm for the Rt 66 Centennial this year, and we are proud to be a part of it!
