When you plan an event, there’s so much time, energy, passion and love that goes into it. And no matter how much you put into it, you always know that certain things like the weather and participation can never be planned or expected to cooperate. But when everything aligns and the weather is an absolute dream, and your community shows up and brings the best energy, it is the best feeling in the world and friends, last night was just absolutely perfect!
I know I say it all the time but I’m just so grateful that this is what I get to do in life and I’m even more grateful for a community that shows up with open arms. And the weather! I really think after last May’s dust storm and all the weather curveballs from last year the universe was giving us a break 😅
Thank you so much to every maker that set up and shared your creations, everyone who helped set up and volunteered their time through the night and to everyone who attended!! It was the best kickoff to the season and we can’t wait to do it all over again next month!!
