FYI: The Alliance of Resident Theatres/New York (A.R.T./New York) is currently hiring for two full-time positions: Senior Manager of Institutional Giving and Grants Coordinator (in grantmaking).
Grants Coordinator (Grantmaking)
The Grants Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Programs on the planning, administration, and ex*****on of A.R.T./New York grant/funding programs as well as providing administrative support for the department. This is a heavily applicant-facing position, providing technical assistance and support to applicants and grantees throughout the full grant application process.

Senior Manager of Institutional Giving
The Senior Manager of Institutional Giving will:
Research and identify prospective corporate, foundation, and government donors to support programmatic activities, general operating support, and capital planning.
Maintain the grants calendar including tracking deadlines, correspondence with funders/prospects, and the arrival of gifts/pledges through DonorPerfect.
Prepare presentations, letters of inquiry, grant proposals, reports, and strategic communications for foundations, corporations, and government agencies.
Partner with A.R.T./New York staff and Board of Directors to maintain a clear and detailed understanding of A.R.T./New York’s mission, programs and services, and the members we impact to create compelling proposals and donor materials.
Participate in Ethics and Accountability Committee meetings, subcommittees, staff working sessions and training, and ongoing evaluation towards Interdisciplinary Teams.
Organize and participate in donor visits, tours, and presentations as well as other stewardship opportunities in collaboration with the Executive Director and Director of Development.
Support other development activities including the annual gala and other fundraising events.
