Why won’t Nashville see the solar eclipse today? 🌑☀️

The Moon’s shadow will sweep across Earth, but only along a specific path. The path of totality will cross Greenland and Spain (their first eclipse in over a century!), with a partial eclipse visible from parts of North Africa and the northern U.S. states.

So, Tennessee will have to sit this one out. 🥲

Wondering how to watch the Perseid meteor shower tonight?

Find a dark spot away from city lights, get comfy, and give your eyes about 30 minutes to adjust. The best viewing will be LATE tonight through dawn, so maybe plan to sleep in tomorrow. 🤭
