Pages + Petals // "A book is like a garden carried in the pocket" - Chinese Proverb

This mixed media collection combines floral imagery with printed pages from books and magazines in a vibrant celebration of nature and storytelling. The connection between a library and a garden, a book and a bloom, a page and petal, and word and a seed is carried through each piece of art work.

This collection will be on display through the end of May at Bear’s Books in downtown Macon. I invite you to stop by and see the gallery in person for yourself. While you are there, be sure to check out all of the wonderful things that Bear's Books has to offer!!
