We’re looking for a variety of vendors that create work with glass, clay, metal or wood for All Hands Art Festival! The types of artists/makers could include (but are not limited to) potters, ceramicists, glass blowers, wood turners, stained glass artists, pyrographers, wood carvers, carpenters, blacksmiths, metal sculptors, mosaic artists, wire wrappers and jewelry artists. Next month will be our 7th Great Art Hunt!

The Great Art Hunt was born out of a way to create some fun and raise some funds when everything shut down in the summer of 2020. It was such a hit, though, that we keep doing it every year. With over 40 sculptures, murals and other types of public art in downtown Macon, and more being added every year, it’s easy to keep people discovering new art they’ve never seen before. The route changes every year, so even if you've been on the hunt before, there are always new surprises to find!

There are so many ways to paint and sip at The 567 Center! Choose from acrylic, watercolor or even oil paint.

If you've ever done paint and sip before, you've used acrylic paint. It's a classic, and with the help of our instructors, it's easy to create a beautiful painting. Our Corks & Canvas classes use acrylic paint.

Watercolor is a popular and relaxing painting medium, so that's why we have Watercolor & Wine. It's so different from painting with acrylics, but you might find it your new favorite! With a few tips, you can create a painting you'll love in no time.

Our newest offering is Corks & Canvas with Oils. Oil paint looks similar to acrylic paint, but it can create rich colors you can't get with acrylics. Also, it dries a lot slower than acrylic paint, and some people love the slower pace and flexibility of oil. It can be expensive and messy to try at home, so Corks & Canvas with Oils is the perfect way to see if you like it.

Come play, experiment, get creative and try different paint mediums with us! Whether you're just curious, or you want a creative night out with friends, we have a paint and sip class waiting for you.
