New here? Swipe for the short version. ๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸŽจ

Big Walls Big Dreams is a mural festival produced by UP Art Studio. We started in Miami in 2015 and brought it home to Houston in 2021. More than 120 Houston murals later, weโ€™re getting ready for our fifth Houston edition! ๐ŸŒ†๐Ÿ’™

This year, artists from Houston and around the world will create more than 20 new murals across eight Houston communities. Come watch them paint and join the community events! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ“†

Oct 30 to Nov 15, 2026. Save the dates and follow Big Walls Big Dreams for updates. ๐Ÿ‘€

Big Walls Big Dreams is a fiscally sponsored project of Fresh Arts (Fresh Arts ๐Ÿ“ Houston Nonprofit), a nonprofit arts service organization.

๐Ÿ“ฃ Big news: the East Aldine Management District is the premier sponsor of Big Walls Big Dreams 2026. ๐ŸŽ‰

The District turns 25 this year, and theyโ€™re celebrating with 25x25: 25 murals for 25 years. ๐ŸŽ‚ Weโ€™re proud to be part of it and to bring festival artists to East Aldine walls this fall.

This yearโ€™s festival is a love letter to Houston, bringing new murals to nine different communities and celebrating the people who make each one special. ๐ŸŽจ๐Ÿ’™

๐Ÿ“ Weโ€™re at National Night Out in East Aldine tonight. Come by our booth at 2909 E. Aldine Amphitheater Way starting at 6 PM, say hi, and hear whatโ€™s coming.

๐Ÿ—“๏ธ Big Walls Big Dreams runs Oct 30 to Nov 15.

Thank you, East Aldine District ๐Ÿ’›

Sef with a street homage to the degas painting, Girl with Ibis. done in collaboration with Big Walls Big Dreams during Art Week and Basel in Wynwood in 2024, a writer has since come along to add a tag and bag. from the original inspiration of degas exhibition in NYC, to remixed street version in Miami, to a graffiti artist who got into the mix, gotta love the cycle of the streetsโ€ฆ
