Join us for this special discount day especially for our loyal home school visitors. Come together to network, explore, play, and learn about upcoming homeschool workshops!

To receive the discounted Home School Day rate of $8 per person for general admission, please bring your photo ID and one of the accepted forms of home school identification listed on the Visit page of our website.

Homeschool Days from 11am-2pm
Adult (18+) supervision required. Planetarium shows will be 11:30, 12:30, 1:30 & will last 15 minutes. Reserve your spots online or at the front desk upon arrival.

Enjoy related table activities in the exhibit hall as well as in our tot spots! After you have had fun in our poster exhibit hall, venture out to our real life pollinator garden and see these interactions happen in real time! 🐝

This summer, youth will step into the role of cosmetic chemists, exploring how chemistry creates products we use every day. Young scientists will experiment with nature-based pigments, test how colors change under different conditions, and investigate what makes ingredients safe for human skin.
